Warranty and Servicing
All of our bikes come with a one year warranty that covers all metal parts in case of manufacturing error. The warranty does not cover rubber parts, accidental damage, wear and tear, or any damage caused by neglect or negligence.
We include a generous twelve months of free servicing with every bike, to be redeemed at Hackney Cycles. This includes three full services over the first year, at four month intervals. In addition we'll always be on hand for any adjustments and repairs, just come by for a visit.
